germanwings (4U, Cologne/Bonn) will start three times weekly A319-100 services from Cologne/Bonn to Dubrovnik on July 9 and from Cologne/Bonn to Moscow Vnukovo on July 16. It has temporarily wet-leased an MD-81 from Nordic Regional (NRD/Umea).
