AnadoluJet (AJA, Ankara Esenboga) will take over most domestic routes of sister carrier Sun Express (XQ, Antalya) from Istanbul Sabiha Gökcen in the upcoming summer season although flights will continue to be operated by Sun Express but under Turkish Airlines (TK, Istanbul Atatürk) flight numbers and the AnadoluJet low-cost brand. AnadoluJet currently already serves Adana, Ankara Esenboga, Erzurum, Kayseri, Sivas and Trabzon from Sabiha Gökcen. Between April and June Sun Express domestic routes to Diyarbakir, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kars, Mardin, Samsun Carsamba and Van will be transferred. Sun Express will continue to serve Antalya and Izmir from Sabiha Gökcen domestically as well as several destinations in Germany.
