SCAT Airlines (DV, Shymkent) will temporarily suspend flights to Kyiv Boryspil over the period March 1 to March 30 citing the deteriorating situation in Ukraine.

"The passengers who have already purchased their air tickets valid for the period of March 1-30, 2014, will be refunded of 100% of the air ticket’s cost," the airline told Central Asia Aero News.

Air Astana (KC, Astana Nursultan Nazarbayev) also announced it would scale back its flights from Almaty International and Astana Nursultan Nazarbayev to the Ukrainian capital from February 24 to March 30.
