Cargojet Airways (W8, Hamilton, ON) will nearly double its current freighter fleet after it won a seven-year air express contract from Canada Post/Purolator. Jamie Porteous, Cargojet’s Executive VP Sales and Service, was quoted in The Loadstar as saying the carrier would acquire six B767-300Fs and three B757-200(PF)s by the end of this year adding to its current fleet of two 767-200(F)s, three 757-200(F)s, and nine B727-100(F)s.
