Skywings Asia Airlines (Phnom Penh) is set to resume MD-83 operations with the imminent arrival of XU-703 (msn 49631), formerly with Aviatrans K (Kyiv Igor Sikorsky). Skyliner Aviation shows the aircraft was ferried from Amritsar to Kyiv Igor Sikorsky on March 15 ahead of delivery.
