Yemenia (IY, Aden) has announced plans to transfer its East Asia-bound Dubai International operations to Dubai World Central for its the duration of runway upgrade works. Airline Route reports that over the period May 1 to July 20, the Yemeni national carrier will route its existing 2x weekly Sana to Kuala Lumpur International and Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta via Dubai Int'l route via Dubai World Central instead.
It should be highlighted that the carrier's Sana'a to Dubai Int'l service will, however, continue to operate as usual over the period.
