Dniproavia (Dnipro) has bucked the current trend rocking the world of Ukrainian aviation and announced plans to launch seven new routes from the troubled eastern city of Kharkiv with effect from mid-June.

According to avianews, flights to Kyiv Boryspil will launch on June 10 with Tbilisi to follow on June 15, Batumi on June 18, Baku Heydar Aliev International on June 21, Moscow Domodedovo on June 23, Yerevan on June 26, and Varna on June 27.

All services are on-board one of the carrier's thirteen E145s.

Wizz Air Ukraine (Kyiv Igor Sikorsky) and UTair-Ukraine (Kyiv Boryspil) suspended their respective Kharkov and Donetsk services late last month in the wake of civil disturbances in the two cities.
