LC Perú (LCB, Lima International) will add a first Dash 8-400 to its fleet later this year followed by a second next year managing director Carlos Carmona has revealed. In addition to securing its IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) certification, Carmona told Perú's El Comercio journal that preliminary talks with LAN Perú (Lima International) concerning a possible domestic codeshare agreement had also taken place.

Using a fleet of seven Dash 8-200s - of which an eighth will be added by year-end - the Peruvian carrier serves Andahuaylas, Huaraz, Ayacucho, Cajamarca, Huánuco, Jauja, and Tingo Maria from its Lima International hub.
