Alaska Airlines (AS, Seattle Tacoma International) has ordered four more B737-900(ER)s the latest Boeing (BOE, Washington National) Order figures show. The original launch customer for the type back in 2001, Alaskan operates thirty-two B737-900s with an additional twenty-five on order, the last of which is to be delivered during 2017.

The US manufacturer's figures also show American Airlines (AA, Dallas/Fort Worth) has revised its order for B787-9s converting four into B787-8s. American is due to take delivery of its first of sixteen B787-8s in November this year.
