Icelandair (FI, Reykjavik Keflavik) will resume its seasonal, winter services to Orlando, Florida in September 2015. However, in contrast to previous operations which served Orlando Sanford, next year's flights will operate to Orlando International instead.
With Icelandair now targeting more European connecting traffic via its Reykjavik Keflavik hub, the change, it is believed, is premised on the fact that Orlando Int'l is relatively more well known than Sanford in the international community.
