AnadoluJet (Ankara Esenboga) has leased two second-hand Boeing 737-900(ER) aircraft, both formerly with SpiceJet (SG, Delhi International). The two jets (msn 34952 and 34956), have already been ferried to Istanbul Sabiha Gökcen and will be put into service shortly. As with all other aircraft in the AnadoluJet fleet, they will be operated by SunExpress (XQ, Antalya).
Sun Express currently operates six B737-700s and 21 B737-800s on behalf of AnadoluJet, the low-cost carrier division of Turkish Airlines (TK, Istanbul Airport) which does not have its own air operator certificate.
