Jetairfly (Brussels National) has won a wet-lease contract from ECAIR - Equatorial Congo Airlines (EQR, Brazzaville) to operate at least one aircraft on ECAir's behalf according to Het Nieuwsblad en Gazet van Antwerpen. The first aircraft is likely a B737-700 (msn 33793), initially expected to be operated by PrivatAir (Switzerland) (Geneva) on behalf of ECAir.

The ex-Aeroméxico (AM, México City International) aircraft has already been cancelled to Belgium in the US aircraft register. PrivatAir currently operates two B737-300s, a B737-700 and two B757-200s on behalf of ECAir. A first PrivatAir B767-300(ER) is scheduled to join ECAir's fleet in February to take over the route from Brazzaville and Pointe Noire to Paris CDG from one of the B757-200s.
