Air China (CA, Beijing Capital) could make its African début later this year with flights from Beijing Capital to Johannesburg O.R. Tambo and Addis Ababa International according to reliable reports on Chinese social media.

Thrice-weekly B777-300(ER) flights to the South African commercial hub, which replace those of South African Airways (SA, Johannesburg O.R. Tambo), are scheduled to begin in June while a 3x weekly A330 service to the Ethiopian capital will commence in October.

The Chinese flag carrier is reportedly also set to make its Caribbean debut in September with 3x weekly B777-300(ER) flights to Havana International via Montréal Trudeau.
