Adria Airways (Ljubljana) is on track with its privatization bid after the Slovenian Sovereign Holding (Slovenski Državni Holding - SDH), the Bank Asset Management Company (Družba za Upravljanje Terjatev Bank - DUTB), and the PDP restructuring firm (Posebna Družba za Podjetniško) all agreed to jointly sell their combined 91.58% stake in national carrier.

The SDH holds a 69.87% stake in Adria Airways, followed by the DUTB with 19.63% and the PDP with a 2.08% stake.

Ljubljana is in the process of selling off 15 state-run firms with German airport operator Fraport AG having bought a 75.5% stake in Aerodrom Ljubljana d.d. for EUR177.1 million late last year.
