Cavok Air (CVK, Chisinau International) has been granted a Foreign Carrier's Permit and exemption by the US Department of Transportation (DOT) following an application lodged in September last year.
The Ukrainian carrier is now permitted to operate An-74 and An-12 charter cargo flights between any point or points in the Ukraine and any point or points in the United States, with provision for onward services pending regulatory approval.
The carrier currently operates one Antonov AN-74TK-100 and four Antonov An-12 turboprop aircraft, all of which are registered in Ukraine.
