West Air Sweden (Gothenburg Landvetter) will shortly take delivery of its first B767-200(F), SE-RLA (msn 22224), with the aircraft currently in Birmingham, GB undergoing its final European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) inspection and airworthiness checks ahead of delivery.

Formerly N747AX with ABX Air (GB, Wilmington Air Park), the freighter is part of an agreement in which ABX Air's parent, Air Transport Services Group (ATSG), acquired a 25% stake in West Air's parent, the Gothenburg-based West Atlantic Group.

Once in service, the B767 will be based out of London Stansted from where it will serve Liège for and on behalf of the TNT logistics firm.

The ch-aviation aircraft database shows the rest of West Air Sweden's cargo fleet consists of two ATR 72-200(F)/-500(F)/-600Fs, nineteen BAe ATP(F)s, and three CRJ(F)s.
