UTair (UT, Khanty-Mansiysk) will begin its maiden scheduled operations to the Russian Far East on February 8 with a weekly return flight from Moscow Vnukovo to Pevek, the northernmost town in Russia and in Asia. Service is on-board a B767-200(ER).
According to UTair-Passenger Airlines President Oleg Semenov, the route will boost the development of business and cultural ties between the capital and the Chukotsky region, Russia's most northeasterly region.
