TACV - Cabo Verde Airlines (Praia) will switch its US East Coast operations from Boston to Providence beginning June 2. The flight will operate from Praia onboard B757-200 equipment. Initially, the route will see two weekly flights growing to three during the peak travel season of July through early September.

"This service will seamlessly connect the Ocean State to the islands of Cabo Verde and promises to play a leading role in strengthening historic cultural ties while facilitating trade and tourism."
