Vueling Airlines (VY, Barcelona El Prat) says Santiago de Compostela will become its 14th Spanish base when it launches flights to Fuerteventura, Ibiza, Menorca Mahón, and Tenerife Sur in late June. Operations are to be undertaken by one A320-200 which will be based at the north-western Spanish city.
Vueling already serves Santiago de Compostela year round from Barcelona El Prat and Malaga as well as seasonally from Amsterdam Schiphol, Berlin Tegel, Brussels National, Düsseldorf, Munich, Paris CDG, Rome Fiumicino and Zurich.
