Norwegian (Oslo Gardermoen) has signed charter contracts worth over NOK400 million (USD52.7 million) with TUI, Thomas Cook and Nazar tour operators. Under the arrangements, Norwegian will operate almost 2,000 charter flights from the United Kingdom and Scandinavia to the Mediterranean for and on behalf of the firms.

”We’re very pleased that we are able to continue to fly charter passengers for TUI, Thomas Cook and Nazar to popular destinations in the Mediterranean,” Chief Commercial Officer, Thomas Ramdahl, said.

Broken down, Norwegian will ferry passengers from London Gatwick to destinations in Spain, Greece, Italy, Cyprus, and Portugal, while from Sweden, Norway and Finland, Norwegian will fly travellers to destinations in Spain, Greece, Cyprus and Turkey.
