US-Bangla Airlines (BS, Dhaka) and Biman Bangladesh Airlines (BG, Dhaka) have signed a joint cooperation agreement that will see the two operators sharing cabin and flight crews. Local aviation media report that from April 1, US-Bangla will provide 15 crew to Biman for the latter's domestic operations.

Biman intends to make use of US-Bangla's experience in operating Dash 8-400s on domestic flights when it resumes scheduled internal flights on April 6 using two Dash 8-400s dry-leased from Egypt's Smart Aviation (SME, Cairo International). The national carrier has similar agreements with United Airways (Dhaka) for the A310-300 and with Regent Airways (Dhaka) for B737 Next Gen aircraft.
