Turkish Airlines (TK, Istanbul Airport) has signed a firm order with Airbus (AIB, Toulouse Blagnac) for four A330-200Fs, to be operated by the carrier's freight subsidiary, Turkish Cargo. The first of the aircraft is due next month while the rest will follow in April 2016, October 2016 and January 2017.
Turkish Airlines currently operates six A330-200Fs and two A310-300(F)s, though the latter are gradually being phased out.
