Colorful Guizhou Airlines (GY, Guiyang) is a Chinese start-up planning to operate scheduled domestic passenger flights out of its Guiyang hub using a fleet of E190 aircraft. It is currently undergoing certification with the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC).
A joint-venture between Guizhou Industrial Investment Group (90%) and Weining County Construction Investment Group (10%), Duocai Guizhou has an initial capital base of CNY1 billion (USD156.3 million).
