British Airways (BA, London Heathrow) has leased an A320-200 from fellow International Airlines Group affiliate, Iberia (IB, Madrid Barajas), ch-aviation has learned. EC-ILR (cn 1793) is currently deployed on the UK carrier's London Heathrow-Madrid Barajas return service.
The UK carrier operates all variants of the A320 Family with two all-Premium configured A318-100s (in service with British Airways Ltd (London City)), forty-four A319-100s, sixty-eight A320-200s, and eighteen A321-200s.
