Philippine Airlines (PR, Manila Ninoy Aquino International) signed lease agreements with US lessor Intrepid Aviation for two B777-300(ER)s during the Paris Air Show 2015 at Paris Le Bourget. Though no official delivery date has been set, previous reports have pointed to a possible 2016 arrival.

“Today we celebrate our growing partnership with both Intrepid Aviation,” Philippine Airlines President, Jaime J. Bautista, said. "These additional 777-300(ER)s will help us continue to expand our long haul markets efficiently and economically, while providing our passengers with our signature Filipino service in the beautiful 777 interior.”

The Filipino carrier currently operates six B777-300(ER)s one of which is an existing lease with Intrepid.
