TUS Airways (U8, Larnaca) is planning to commence scheduled passenger operations later this month using a Saab 340B, formerly in service with Golden Air (Sweden) (Trollhättan) as SE-F67 (cn 167).

Beginning July 8, the start-up will offer a twice-weekly Paphos-Haifa service to be followed on July 15 by a string of new routes out of Larnaca to Beirut, Haifa, Kos Hippocrates and Samos. Thereafter, on July 18, Larnaca-Karpathos flights will also launch.

The status of Tus Airways's AOC certification bid with the Cypriot Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) is currently unknown.
