Qazaq Air (IQ, Astana Nursultan Nazarbayev) commenced revenue operations on Thursday, August 27 with flights between Almaty International and Astana Nursultan Nazarbayev.
As previously reported, the start-up plans to roll out additional domestic services to Pavlodar, Shymkent, Kyzylorda, Kostanay, and Aktobe in the coming weeks. Operations are on-board a trio of Dash 8-400s on lease from Falcon Aviation Services (FVS, Abu Dhabi Bateen).
