Scoot (TR, Singapore Changi) has transitioned into an all-B787 operation with the end of scheduled B777-200(ER) operations this week. The Singapore Airlines (SQ, Singapore Changi) longhaul LCC said the B777s last commercial flight was Singapore Changi-Taipei Taoyuan-Tokyo Narita.

Of its ten B787-8s and ten B787-9s on order from Boeing (BOE, Washington National), Scoot has so far taken delivery of two and five respectively.

Three B777-200(ER) remain in the fleet of Thai joint venture NokScoot (Bangkok Don Mueang), although only two of the aircraft are currently operational on NokScoot's only current route linking Bangkok Don Mueang with Nanjing. NokScoot is planning to add Taipei Taoyuan as a second destination from October 25.

Scoot now plans to sell the remaining aircraft which are currently in storage at Victorville and Roswell.
