Limitless Airways (Rijeka) is planning to commence twice-daily return flights between the coastal town of Dubrovnik and the capital Zagreb Franjo Tuđman with effect from November.

The Dubrovniknet website states the charter carrier has held talks with Dubrovnik's mayor concerning the route's subsidization. The airline is reportedly willing to sell tickets for the route at HRK600 (USD87.61) with government providing a HRK250 (USD36.50) subsidy per passenger per flight.

Late last month, the Croatian government issued tenders for domestic Public Service Obligation (PSO) routes set to run from March 27, 2016 through to March 28, 2020.

EX-YU Aviation News reports that aside from Dubrovnik-Zagreb-Dubrovnik, other routes include: Split-Zagreb-Split, Zagreb-Zadar-Pula-Zadar-Zagreb, Osijek-Dubrovnik-Osijek and Osijek-Split-Osijek, Zagreb-Bol Brač-Zagreb, Osijek-Zagreb-Osijek, Osijek-Pula-Split-Pula-Osijek, Osijek-Rijeka-Osijek, and Rijeka-Split-Dubrovnik-Split-Rijeka. Trade Air (C3, Zagreb Franjo Tuđman) and Croatia Airlines (OU, Zagreb Franjo Tuđman) are currently operating some of these routes.
