The International Airlines Group (IAG) says it has firmed up options with Airbus (AIB, Toulouse Blagnac) for four A330s and fifteen A320neo.

In a statement, the IAG said it had ordered two A330-200s for its Iberia (IB, Madrid Barajas) unit and two A330-300s for its newest acquisition, Aer Lingus (EI, Dublin International). Iberia's aircraft will arrive in 2017 and 2018 while those for Aer Lingus will arrive next year.

Concerning the fifteen converted A320neo options, the IAG says the aircraft will be delivered between 2018 and 2021 and 'can be used by any airline in the Group for fleet replacement'.

Aside from Iberia and Aer Lingus, the IAG airline portfolio also includes British Airways (BA, London Heathrow) and Vueling Airlines (VY, Barcelona El Prat).
