Cebu Pacific Air (5J, Manila Ninoy Aquino International) has announced Guam International as its maiden destination in the United States with a 4x weekly service from Manila Ninoy Aquino International set to commence on March 15, 2016. Operations are on-board an A320-200.

“Having Guam in our network sets us off on another expansion path across the Pacific. With the launch of Guam, we offer fares that are up to 83% lower than other airlines. Fares this low can only mean more tourists to both countries, more Filipinos visiting home, and more opportunities for everyone,” said CEB President and CEO Lance Gokongwei.

The LCC says its entry into the underserved Manila–Guam market will add 1,440 weekly seats thereby boosting connectivity between the two countries.

With the announcement, Cebu Pacific’s network will grow to 56 destinations including cities across the Philippines, south-east Asia, China, Australia, and the Middle East.
