Blue Air (Romania) (BLA, Bucharest Henri Coanda) will make its Timisoara debut later this summer with the launch of charter flights to Greece and Turkey for and on behalf of an undisclosed Romanian tour operator.

Between June and September, the budget carrier will serve Heraklion (starts June 7), Rhodes (begins June 17), and Zakinthos (begins June 13) in Greece as well as Antalya (begins June 8), and Bodrum Milas (begins June 16) in Turkey.

Other summer charter operators serving the Romanian city include: Freebird Airlines (FH, Istanbul Airport) and Corendon Airlines (XC, Antalya) (both serving Antalya), Air Bucharest (Bucharest Baneasa) (serving Antalya and Rhodes), and Aegean Airlines (A3, Athens) (serving Heraklion and Zakinthos).
