Amira Air (2004) (Vienna) is to be rebranded LaudaMotion (Vienna) following its takeover by ex-Formula 1 driver and aviation pioneer Niki Lauda. As previously reported, Lauda acquired the Austrian VIP/business charter operator from former owner Ronny Pecik earlier this year for an undisclosed sum.

Amira Air currently operates a fleet of fourteen aircraft including one Citation Jet CJ2, nine Challenger 300s, and four Bombardier Global Express 5000/6000s.
