SprintAir (P8, Warsaw Chopin) has announced another expansion of its scheduled services network with one of the carrier's Saab 340A aircraft to be based at Radom Warsaw airport starting April 18.

The Polish regional and cargo carrier plans to serve Wroclaw, Prague Václav Havel and Berlin Tegel twice weekly from Radom while a weekly service to Gdansk will also be offered.

Radom has recently been left without scheduled flights again after CSA Czech Airlines (OK, Prague Václav Havel) terminated its services to the airport from Prague via Ostrava. airBaltic (BT, Riga) has previously also unsucessfully operated from Radom to Riga.

While the airport has been open as a military airport since the 1920s, scheduled operations at Radom only started in September 2015.
