AirAsia X (D7, Kuala Lumpur International) has confirmed previous reports it will indeed enter the African market later this year.
The AirAsia (AK, Kuala Lumpur International) longhaul subsidiary said in a statement issued Wednesday that its 3x weekly Kuala Lumpur International-Mauritius service would launch on October 4 using A330-300 equipment.
The LCC also offers regular flights to Australia, China, India, Japan, Nepal, New Zealand, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, and Taiwan.
