Surf Air Europe (London City) has outlined its provisional launch timetable with maiden scheduled flights set to commence from October of this year.

Using Cessna Aircraft Company Citations and Embraer Business Jets chartered from technical partner TAG Aviation (United Kingdom) (VIP, Farnborough), the subscription-based virtual carrier will initially serve the following destinations from its London Luton hub: Zurich (3x daily); Geneva (3x daily); Dublin International (3x daily); and Cannes Croisette (2x daily). From Cannes, Zurich and Geneva will be served on a daily basis.

There will also be weekend flights to the likes of Ibiza, with further regular destinations such as Paris, Amsterdam Schiphol, and Barcelona El Prat expected to be added in 2017. Seasonal services to hotspots such as Palma de Mallorca in summer, as well as St. Moritz in winter, are also under consideration.

"We are incredibly excited for the launch of a European business led by highly capable aviation and subscription business veteran Simon Talling-Smith," Sudhin Shahani, chairman of US parent firm Surf Air (URF, Santa Monica), said. "This is a great step to further Surf Air's growth objective of providing a game-changing product for frequent travellers across major business routes globally."

Members of the service will pay a monthly fee of GBP2,500 (USD3,314), which will allow them to fly an unlimited amount of times between destinations. Guest passes for friends and family will also be available to paid up members from GBP750 (USD995) one way.
