CB Air Táxi Aéreo (Sorocaba) has agreed to acquire rival operator Global Táxi Aéreo (São Paulo Congonhas) in a deal valued at BRR38 million reais (USD11.9 million) the two carriers have jointly announced.

Following the closure of the transaction, which requires government approval, CB Air's fleet will grow from the current twelve aircraft to thirty-two.

The VIP charter specialists both operate a variety of rotary and fixed-wing aircraft including E135BJs (Legacy 600 and 650s), G-450s and G-550s, Cessna 500/501/525s, and E505 Phenom 300s.
