The owner of Adria Airways (Ljubljana), the 4K Invest subsidiary AA International Aviation Holding, has adopted plans to transform the airline into a Limited Liability Company (LLC), the SEEbiz portal reports.
The move will result in the dissolution of the carrier’s supervisory and advisory boards, while CEO Dr. Arno Schuster will remain in his post until March 25, 2020. The owner retains the possibility of making managerial changes at any time.
AA International Aviation Holding assumed full ownership of Adria Airways this July after winning an international tender to purchase the airline, as part of a government-backed privatization drive.
