Japan's ANA Holdings and Cebu Pacific Air (5J, Manila Ninoy Aquino International) of the Philippines have each acquired a 15% stake in Air Black Box Asia Pacific Pte Ltd., the IT firm which provides the Value Alliance with a cloud-based airline IT platform.

Air Black Box Asia Pacific was founded by Singapore's Scoot, Thailand's Nok Air and VaultPAD Ventures Ltd, and is a key partner to the Value Alliance whose members include: ANA Holdings' LCC brand Vanilla Air, Tigerair, Tigerair Australia, Scoot, Jeju Air, Cebu Pacific, Nok Air, and NokScoot.

Given the new shareholders, The Bangkok Post reports Nok Air and Scoot have each reduced their stakes in Air Black Box from 25% to 15%, while VaultPAD Ventures trimmed its stake from 50% to 40%.
