Air France-KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has announced it has sold a total of 4,950,000 shares in Amadeus IT Group, representing around 1.13% of the share capital of Amadeus.
The net proceeds of the transaction amounted to EUR201 million (USD205 million), the Franco-Dutch carrier said in a statement.
The move is in connection with the unwinding and termination of part of a pre-existing Air France hedge transaction relating to over 9,900,000 Amadeus shares.
