flynas (XY, Riyadh) has signed a firm order agreement with Airbus (AIB, Toulouse Blagnac) for sixty A320neo Family aircraft with purchase rights for an additional forty airframes.

The Saudi LCC said in a statement that in addition to these sixty aircraft, it has also converted twenty A320ceo from a previous order to A320neo bringing its total firm order to eighty A320neo.

Deliveries of the firm-order aircraft are scheduled to run from 2018 through to 2026.

Excluding its wet-leased fleet, flynas' in-house fleet consists of two A319-100s and thirty-five A320-200s which are used on scheduled passenger flights to thirty-three destinations across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Turkey, Egypt, Jordan, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Sudan.
