Japan's ANA Holdings has agreed to lease five A320-200s from AWAS for onward placement with its Vanilla Air (Tokyo Narita) unit.
The Ireland-based lessor said in a statement the aircraft are sourced from its Airbus (AIB, Toulouse Blagnac) order book with deliveries scheduled for 2018.
The ch-aviation aircraft database shows Vanilla Air leases a total of eleven A320-200s from BOC Aviation, Fuyo General Lease, Macquarie AirFinance, and SMBC Aviation Capital. It serves eleven destinations across Japan, the Philippines, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
