Dynamic International Airways (Greensboro Piedmont Triad International) has withdrawn its application for an exemption to engage in scheduled foreign air transport between the United States and the Dominican Republic, citing its reason as a "a change in its operations".

The North Carolina-based carrier applied for the exemption in June 2016. It launched non-stop direct sale public charters between New York JFK and Punta Cana on June 7, 2016, but these ended shortly after on August 21. It had anticipated converting this service to a scheduled service upon approval, utilising its fleet of seven B767s. It had also planned to launch direct sale public charters 3x weekly between Chicago O'Hare and Punta Cana, as well as 2x weekly between Los Angeles International and Punta Cana, both in October 2016, but neither of these went ahead.

Dynamic's current schedule includes regular flights from New York JFK to Caracas Simón Bolivar (Venezuela) and Georgetown Cheddi Jagan (Guyana).
