Pascan Aviation (P6, Montréal Metropolitan) has announced that it will launch 2x daily flights from Montréal Metropolitan to Toronto Billy Bishop City Centre/Billy Bishop starting April 10. The flights will be run in cooperation with virtual carrier uFly (Canada) (Montréal Metropolitan), which will act as reseller through its subscription model. The route will primarily be aimed at business travellers.

The airline has received a CAD70,000 (USD52,000) subsidy from the City of Longueuil and CAD30,000 (USD22,000) from Développement économique de l'agglomération de Longueuil (DEL) to establish the route in a bid to develop St Hubert airport. Billy Bishop airport has a current weekly offered capacity of 41,000 seats with services provided by Porter Airlines (P3, Toronto Billy Bishop City Centre) and Air Canada (AC, Montréal Trudeau) to destinations in Canada and the United States.

As part of a bankruptcy recovery in late 2016, Pascan Aviation downsized its fleet and restructured its ownership and business model. Its fleet now entails one Jetstream 32 and two PC-12s used to serve destinations across Quebec and Labrador.
