InterGlobe, the parent of Indian low cost carrier IndiGo Airlines (6E, Delhi International), has acquired Agile Airport Services as a wholly owned subsidiary. In a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange, InterGlobe says that the company was incorporated on February 14 and has paid-up capital of INR100,000 (USD1,500). The filing lists Agile as an "airport services" company.

In a separate filing, Jet Airways (JAI, Mumbai International) announced the acquisition of a wholly owned subsidiary Airjet Ground Services Limited (AGSL) which is also listed as an "airport support services" company. AGSL has paid-up capital of INR5,000,000 (USD76,900).
