Interjet (AIJ, Toluca) has taken delivery of its maiden A320neo following the arrival of XA-JRM (msn 7523) in Toluca on Wednesday, April 12.
According to Skyliner Aviation, the twinjet was positioned to Toluca from Toulouse Blagnac via Reykjavik Keflavik and Bangor.
The Mexican LCC has forty A320neo on order from Airbus (AIB, Toulouse Blagnac). They are all powered by CFM International Leap 1A motors.
Interjet currently operates forty-five A320-200s, three A321-200s, and twenty-two SSJ 100/95Bs on regular flights throughout Mexico as well as to Colombia, Cuba, the United States, Guatemala, Peru, and Costa Rica.
