Shree Airlines (N9, Kathmandu) has taken delivery of its maiden CRJ200 following the arrival of N643RG (msn 7643), formerly JA204J with J-Air (Nagoya Komaki), this week.

According to the Kathmandu Post, the carrier's other two jets — a 78-seater CRJ700 and another 50-seater CRJ-200 — will arrive next week.

As previously reported, Shree Airlines has been awarded route authorities to serve Bhadrapur, Biratnagar, Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj and Dhangarhi by the Nepali government. It is currently in the process of completing its certification before beginning scheduled passenger and mountain sightseeing services.
