flybe. (2002) (Exeter) has confirmed it has signed an agreement with Stobart Group for the provision of two E195s to its Stobart Air (Dublin International) unit.

The UK carrier said in a statement issued Tuesday, May 2, that under the combined commercial arrangement, it will operate the two aircraft for Stobart Air out of its London Southend base under an ACMI agreement. Stobart Air is then expected to begin operating the aircraft itself no later than January 1, 2018. The contract is expected to last up to twenty (20) months.

The aircraft will be branded in Flybe's colours under the existing Franchise Agreement between the two companies.

As previously reported, beginning this month, the two Embraer Regional Jets will be used to start flights from Southend to each of Lyon St. Exupéry, Milan Malpensa, Budapest, Cologne/Bonn, Venice Marco Polo, Prague Václav Havel, Reus, Vienna, Dubrovnik, Figari, Perpignan, and Zadar.
