Air Canada rouge (RV, Toronto Pearson) has announced that it will launch a weekly service from Toronto Pearson to St. Vincent Argyle International starting December 14. The Air Canada leisure subsidiary will operate the flights with A319-100 aircraft.

Located on the Caribbean island of St. Vincent, the new Argyle International Airport opened to commercial operations in mid-February. Air Canada's Toronto route is the first scheduled North American flight announced for the airport, as well as the first medium-haul flight.

Currently, Argyle sees non-stop LIAT (Antigua and Barbuda) (Antigua) services to Bridgetown, Port of Spain and St. Lucia Vigie, and Caribbean Airlines (BW, Port of Spain) services to Port of Spain.
