Ruili Airlines (DR, Kunming Changshui) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Boeing (BOE, Washington National) for twenty B737 MAX at the 2017 Paris Air Show. A final agreement is subject to closing conditions including corporate and government approvals.

The carrier has confirmed orders for an additional thirty-six B737 MAX as well as lease commitments from AVIC International Leasing and Minsheng Financial Leasing. A separate agreement with Shunxin Holdings was signed this week for the supply of unspecified aircraft as well.

Launched in May 2014, Ruili Airlines operates a fleet of seven B737-700s and seven B737-800s on twenty-eight domestic routes across China. It plans to make its international debut during the final quarter of this year.
